Background
I study medicine while independently developing the Native Cognition Kernel (NCK). The project grew from a simple question: can a bounded cognitive system be specified mathematically so that its reasoning, uncertainty, prediction, revision and action remain explicit and reproducible?
NCK 0.1 is published through ADRENALINEUSMLE, LLC, which acts as the publisher, rights holder and licensing authority for the released proprietary materials to the extent recognized by applicable law and executed instruments.
